44th Hind Kesari Wrestling In Aurangabad From Oct. 28

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Oct 15 : For the first time, the historic city of Aurangabad is going to host the 44th All India National Hind Kesari wrestling championship.
The prestigious sporting event will be held at the newly constructed Divisional Sports Complex (DSC) here from October 28.
Addressing a press conference here today, MP and convener of the tournament Chandrakant Khaire said the city is all ready to conduct the mega wrestling event. There will be 400 wrestlers and 150 referees coming for this competition and their accomodation and living has been arranged at various hotels in the city, he informed.
He said state chief minister Ashok Chavan will inaugurate the tournament and union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar will be the chief guest for the opening day function. Other invitees including guardian minister Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil, Industries minister Rajendra Darda will be present for the fuction, he informed.
Union heavy industries minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, state energy minister Ajit Pawar, Shiv sena Executive president Uddhav Thackreay, Lok Sabha BJP Deputy leader Gopinath Munde will be present for the closing ceromony, he added.
