रामजोहडी मंदिर , द्वारका विशाल दंगल

बम बम भोले , हर हर महादेव !
महाशिवरात्रि के महान पर्व पर रामजोहडी मंदिर , द्वारका में हर बार कि तरह विशाल दंगल, भण्डारा व् भजन पूजन का आयोजन हुआ, इस स्थान पर वर्षों से प्रति वर्ष इसी दिन कुश्ती दंगल का आयोजन होता रहा हैं। इस दंगल में अपने समय के बड़े बड़े दिग्गज पहलवानो ने भाग लिया हैं. यहाँ पर देश विदेश के पहलवान , गुरु चंदगी राम, गुरु सतपाल, सुशील पहलवान भी कुश्ती लड़ चुके हैं. भाई मुकुल अहलावत जो स्वयं में इंटरनेशनल पहलवान चुके हैं उन्होंने मुझे दंगल में कवरेज के लिए आमंत्रित किया उनका ह्रदय से धन्यवाद करता हूँ.
सुबह सूरज पहलवान की बेटी दिव्या सैन पहलवान के इंडिया टीवी पर इंटरव्यू कि तैयारियों में व्यस्त था, इंडिया टीवी कि तरफ से नेशनल टीवी पर मुझे भी इंटरव्यू का निमंत्रण दिया गया, लेकिन भाई मुकुल अहलावत के राम जोहड़ी मंदिर दंगल में आने का निमत्रण मेरे लिए अपने को मीडिया में पेश करने से ज्यादा जरूरी था, मुझे अपने कुश्ती कि परम्परा , पहलवानो कि कुश्तियों को देखने दिखने का मौका मिलना गड़े खजाने को मिलने से भी ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण लगता हैं, , वैसे भी मुझे खुद किसी मीडिया हाइप कि जरूरत नहीं , मेरे पहलवान भाइयो को हैं अच्छे पहलवान को स्टार बनाना मेरा मकसद हैं .
दंगल में दूर दराज से आये पहलवानो कि कुश्तियां देखने को मिली,इंटरनेशनल पहलवानो ने भी कुश्तियां लड़ी , राहुल मान,प्रदीप, प्रदीप, जयदीप, वीरेंदर, जैसे पहलवानो ने दंगल को यादगार बना दिया, गोटी कि कुश्ती काफी देर चली, दोनों पहलवानो कि भिडंत देख दर्शकों ने दांतो तले ऊँगली दबा ली, लेकिन कुश्ती का फैसला न हो सका गोटी ने प्रतिद्वंदी पहलवान को अखाड़े से बहार चित्त कर कुश्ती मांगी लेकिन न्यायमूर्ति रेफरी ने कुश्ती न दी , उन्हें फिर समय दिया गया लेकिन थक कर चूर हो चुके पहलवानो को बराबर घोषित किया गया, पप्पू पहलवान हालाँकि बराबरी पर छूटे लेकिन उनकी कुश्ती में जनता खुश हुई, मोटा अखाडा लाडपुर के पहलवानो ने कई कुशितयां लड़ी और जीती , मोटा अखाडा , लाडपुर के बेहतरीन पहलवानो कि कुशितयां आज देखने लायक थी , जल्द ही अखाड़े में जाकर पहलवानी कि तैयारियों पर एक कवरेज करने का मन बना लिया हैं.

दंगल मुख्य अतिथि रहे तस्वीर सोलंकी , हीरा मिश्रा , विनय मिश्रा , सुरेश पहलवान , हिन्द केसरी संजय पहलवान , भारत केसरी व् इंटरनेशनल मुकुल पहलवान , राजिंदर पहलवान पालम, दलपत पंडित, लीलू पालम, मोटा कोच लाडपुर, सतीश कोच, S.H.O. हरयाणा पुलिस काला पहलवान , गुरु बिशम्भर आया नगर, पंडित कुल्हीपुरिया प्रकाश पहलवान जी, अशोक गर्ग, जगबीर कोच इत्यादि। दंगल में परम्परा के अनुसार हर छोटे , बड़े गुरु खलीफा व् मुख्य अतिथि व् बड़े बुजुर्ग का मान सम्मान किया गया , भाई मुकुल ने मेरा सम्मान किया इसके लिए उनका तहे दिल से शुक्रिया।

दंगल कि आखिरी कुश्ती देश के नम्बर वन पहलवान कप्तान चांदरूप व् कोच अशोक ढाका के शिस्य जोगिन्दर पहलवान व् पंजाब के पहलवान बीच हुई , पंजाब का पहलवान जोगिन्दर से वजनी जरूर था लेकिन जिस तरह जोगिन्दर ने उसको बिजली कि फूर्ति से चित्त किया उसे रेफरी भी न देख सके , कुश्ती मांगने पर जोगिन्दर को दुबारा कुश्ती के लिए कहा गया , इस बार जोगिन्दर ने पंजाब के पहलवान बलविंदर को निकाल दांव पर चारों खाने चित्त कर कुश्ती क्या जीती लोगों का दिल जीती लिया , दर्शकों कि तालियों कि गड़गड़ाहट और शोर किए बीच दोनों पहलवानो को इनाम दिया गया , दंगल कि खासियत रही कि इसमें हारे पहलवानो को भी इनाम दिया गया. इतने बेतहरीन कुश्ती दंगल के लिए मैं राम जोहड़ी दंगल कमिटी के राजिंदर पहलवान कि भूरि -२ प्रशंशा करता हूँ , भगवन कुश्ती को ऐसे दरियादिल भामाशाह अनंत काल तक दे जिनसे कुश्ती कि शान हैं

ENGLISH VERSION

Shivaratri is a Hindu Festival. It is associated with the marriage of Shiva and his wife Shakti. People pray and give offerings like leaves of Bail tree, milk, Bhang (cannabis) etc. On this auspicious occasion a great wrestling competition was organised at Ram Johadi Temple, Dwarka, New Delhi India. Mukul Ahlwat a veteran international wrestler and member of the Dangal Committee invited me to cover the event. I thank him very much for his invitation.
When I reached Ram Johadi temple people were taking food from the free community kitchen and visiting the temple. A priest was giving Prasad to people and smearing their foreheads with sandalwood paste as a mark of devotion.
Scores of people were coming to watch the competition and wrestlers from all parts of India came to compete. Almost all great wrestlers of India and neighboring countries have taken part in this Dangal over the years.
Ashok Pahlwan of Railway who has refereed the competition for more than 15 years told me that 10 years ago Olympic medalist Sushil Pahalwan fought with a very good wrestler Ramesh Bhoora for a cash prize of 21000/- .
Big wrestlers of past like Guru Chandgi Ram, Mahabli Satpal, Prakash pahlwan and many other Hind Kesri or Bharat Kesri champion wrestlers have also taken part in this competition.
This time also Joginder, Balvinder, Goti, Pappu, Rahul Man, Jaideep, Pradeep, Virender, and many big national and international wrestlers competed. Goti fought a very good match. He almost succeeded in pinning his opponent but the referees wouldn’t call it because the wrestlers were out of bounds.
The chief guests at the competition were Tasveer Solanki, Hira Mishra, Vinay Mishra, Suresh Pahlwan, Hind Kesri Sanjay Pahlwan, Bharat kesri and International Mukul Pahlwn, Rajinder Pahlwan, palam, Dalpat Pandit, Leelu Palam, Mota Coach akhada Ladpur, Satish coach, SH.O Harayana police Kala Pahlwan, Guru Bishmber Aya Nagar, Pandit Kulhipuriya Prakash Pahlwan ji, Ashok Garg, Jagbir Coach and Ballu Pahlwan among them. As a tradition, all the invitees were honored with a hear gear pagari including me. I thank the Dangal committee for all this.
The First Prize match was between Hind Kesri Joginder Pahlwan of Guru Capt. Chandroop Akhada a disciple of coach Ashok Dhaka and a wrestler Balvinder of Punjab. Joginder has carved a niche of himself in Indian Kushti as well as international wrestling also. He is a national and commonwealth games champion and Asian games medal winner. He fights first prize Kushti matches all over India. Last month I saw Balvinder in action at Ramana Village Kaithal. He was very good and won easily there. It was really nice to see him compete here.
As usual Joginder wrestled well. It seemed he pinned Balvinder moments after the match started but the referee did not notice as it was getting dark. Joginder asked for the jury but they didn't declared it a pin. the match restarted again and Joginder dominated thereafter, many a times he picked up his heavier opponent Balvinder but balvinder saved himself every time. Balvinder also tried a few moves in vain. Then, in a great move called Nikal, Joginder lifted Balvinder over his shoulders and threw him to the ground and pinned him. People cheered for him, they carried him to the stage where he received a prize of 510000/-.
