Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Oct 31 : Haryana wrestler Mousam Khatri claimed the ''Hind Kesari Title'', defeating Nardener from Delhi by just a point in a 12 minute fight in the 44th edition of the All-India Wrestling chamionship at the Divisional Sports Complex (DSC) today.
Gold medallist in the recently-concluded Commonwealth games Sushil Kumar was guest of honour at the occasion.
The Hind kesari winner was given Rs one lakh cash and a bullet motor cycle.
27 teams from all over the country, comprising eight wrestlers in each team, participated in the mega event.
Shiv sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray and All India wrestling federation president Ramashrayji Yadav were among dignitaries on the dais.
Last year in December, the 43rd Hind kesari championship in Pune was won by Delhi boy Joginder Singh.
