Dangal to Celebrate a World Class Wrestling Hall at Jat College, Badot

जनता वैदिक महाविद्यालय , बड़ौत ( बाग़पत ) उत्तर परदेश।
पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में कुश्ती के लिए , आधुनिक सुविधाओं से परिपूर्ण एक अंतरार्ष्ट्रीय स्तर के रेसलिंग हॉल के शिलान्यास के अवसर पर जाट कॉलेज बड़ोत पहुंचा। सांसद व् नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री चौधरी अजित सिंह जी ने इस निर्माण कि आधारशिला रखी , व् कुश्ती हाल के शिलालेख का अनावरण किया। इस अवसर पर एक कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता दंगल का भी आयोजन किया गया जिसमे देश के श्रेस्ठ पहलवानो की कुश्तियां देखने को मिली। राजीव तोमर ने अपने प्रतिद्वंदी की गर्दन पे घुटना रख कर पलटा और सांडी तोड़ कर चित किया। वहीँ वरुण व् हितेश कि कुश्ती बीस मिनट चली , सिंटू गुर्जर पहलवान ने अपने विरोधी को निकाल दाव पर चित्त कर कुश्ती जीती , महिलाओं में नेहा व् पुष्पांजलि कि कुश्ती शानदार रही. बाल पहलवानो ने भी अच्छी कुश्तियां दिखायी। इस अवसर पर कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल, पदाधिकारी, व् जाट समुदाय के गणमान्य व्यक्ति भी मौजूद रहे. हिन्द केसरी सुभाष पहलवान, गुरु राजकुमार गोस्वामी भी उद्धाटन के अवसर पर मौजूद रहे. बड़ौत के ही कुश्ती गुरु मास्टर रघुबीर जी ने कुश्तियां कराई। इस अवसर पर माननीय मंत्री अजित सिंह ने सबको बधाई दी और कहा कि कुश्ती इस क्षेत्र का पसंदीदा खेल हैं जिसे सदियों से यहाँ खेला जाता रहा हैं, लेकिन सुविधाओं के अभाव के कारण मैट पर स्थिति धूमिल होती जा रही हैं, उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि हरयाणा कि तरह ही उत्तर परदेश के इस क्षेत्र में में पहलवानो तैयार होंगे और देश विदेशों में अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन कर सकेंगे।

A state of the art wrestling hall is to be constructed at Janta Vedic Collge, Badot (Baghpat) Uttar Pardesh, also known as Jat college. I reached there to see the ground broken on the project and the inauguration, which included a kushti dangal.

Ch. Ajit Singh Ji is the son of great Jat Leader late Ch. Charan Singh Ji, who became the prime minister of India and was also a greatly respected Jat leader of the community. Ch Ajit singh ji is member of parliament now and he is also the minister of aviation in the Govt. of India. He laid the foundation stone of the wrestling hall.

A wrestling competition was also organised by the management committee of the university. Thousands of people come to watch.

Hind Kesri Rajiv Tomar fought with a wrestler of Punjab and pinned him. Sintu Gurjar Pahlwan pinned his opponent by the technique called nikal in which he picked one leg and one hand of the wrestler and threw him over his shoulders and pinned him with a thud. People cheered for him.

Women wrestlers Neha and pushpanjli also competed while Divya sain pinned her opponent from Haryana.

The event was a success and the management committee of Jat college deserve the credit of the event. Guru Rajkumar Goswami, Guru and Olympic wrestler Subhash Pahlwan and many other dignitaries came to witness the event.

Guru master Raghubir ji, who runs an akhada at Barot, is the face of kushti in the area. He was once among the best wrestlers of India. He also once wrestled Guru Satpal who was once the coach of Olympic Medalist and World Champion Sushil Kumar. Master raghubir arranged all the bouts and also acted as referee.

Ajit Singh ji watched the whole dangal and felt happy to meet the winning wrestlers. He posed with them for the photographers and newsmen there. He thanked all the people for coming. He told them that kushti is a culture here at Barot and many famous wrestlers were born here. The lack of good mat wrestling facilities would be solved by the new wrestling hall. He said he wished that one day it will produce great wrestlers.
